Strap in and get ready to cruise and dine along Route 66!
Stripes Burrito Co. Albuquerque, NM
Trust me when I saw these are some of the best burritos I have ever had. The red chili is to die for and the green does not disappoint either. Whether you cruise by in the morning to grab a breakfast burrito or drop in at lunch to grab a carne adovada burrito (just try it) you will not be disappointed. Plus, the owners have an actual sit down location called Striped Biscuit and Burritos, yes you heard that right. Their buttermilk chicken sandwich is amazing and available at the drive-thru. Don’t miss this place!
Oklahoma City
The Berghoff Chicago IL
Opened in 1898 this restaurant has been around for a REASON. Serving up some delicious German American food, Berghoff’s is worth the stop. Check out their menu for more details but do yourself a favor and get the pretzel as a warm-up before you move on to some schnitzel.
Ariston Cafe Litchfield IL
This, right here, is home cooking done right. There isn’t much you can go wrong with here, even the soup tastes like your mama made it. I’ll let the food speak for itself but don’t forget the desert.
